Apple Enchilada using FlatOut flatbread

2 pieces of Flatout bread (such as Core 12)

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

2 small apples, cored and thinly sliced

1 tsp. light butter

3 Tbs. raspberry jam

1 Tbs. brown sugar

1/3 cup + 2 Tbs. water

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking dish. In a skillet, lightly cook apples with 2 tablespoons of water, cinnamon, and raspberry jam. In a small sauce pan boil sugar, butter and the rest of the water. Divide apples between 2 Flatout wraps and roll up tight. Cut them in half and transfer onto the baking dish, pour sauce over and bake for about 20 minutes
